I'm a strategic communications and audience insights consultant with 20+ years of experience helping brands, consultancies, and public sector clients better connect with their audiences. My work focuses on developing messaging that drives behavior by building strategic narratives and uncovering audience insights through focus groups and in-depth interviews.
I've advised Fortune 500 companies and worked across industries that include oil and gas, financial services, technology, fashion and apparel, media and entertainment and home furnishings/appliances. I also have extensive public sector consulting experience. I've produced both long-form and short-form communications strategies for executive audiences. I also regularly teach a course on business communications at the Wharton School of Business.
